Who can buy

Finch memberships are bought by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over, for a child in their care. The parent or guardian is the customer and the account holder, and is responsible for payment and for how the resources are used at home.

What we provide

• Finch Essentials — a structured monthly learning pack for the chosen year group and subject, provided digitally, with an optional UK printed add-on.
• Finch Personal — personalised preparation with ongoing support, arranged after a free consultation.
• Finch Exam Intensive — a bespoke fixed-term exam preparation programme, scoped after a free consultation.

Educational outcomes

Finch provides educational resources and support. Educational outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including a child's starting point, the work they do and each school's own admissions process. We do not guarantee examination results, academic progress or admission to any school, and Finch does not replace a child's school.

Prices and payment — Finch Essentials

Digital access is included in every Essentials membership. The printed pack is an add-on to that digital membership, not a replacement for it.

Essentials is a recurring monthly subscription. Payment is taken when you subscribe and then monthly on the same billing cycle until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no hidden charges: the full monthly amount, including any printed add-on, is shown before you pay.

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@finchlearning.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not remove a learning month you have already paid for.

Payments are processed by Stripe, on the payment form shown on our subscribe page.

After a successful payment we email you a confirmation of your order — what you bought, the monthly amount, your first learning month and how to cancel — which you can keep.

The information we give you before you buy

Before you pay, the subscribe page shows: who you are contracting with and how to reach us; the membership you have chosen and its year group, subject and format; the exact monthly total; that billing recurs monthly until cancelled; how and when your digital and printed packs are fulfilled; and how to cancel. Our Terms, Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy are linked from the same place, and the payment button states the amount you are committing to pay.

Prices and payment — Personal and Exam Intensive

Finch Personal and Finch Exam Intensive begin with a free consultation. Nothing is charged before that consultation. Where we agree to go ahead, we send the appropriate payment arrangement afterwards and confirm the price with you first.

Using Finch resources

When you hold a membership we grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Finch resources for your own household — for the child or children in your care.

• You may print and use digital packs at home for your own family.
• You may not resell, share publicly, redistribute, upload or use Finch resources commercially, including in tutoring, a school or a classroom, without our written agreement.
• All Finch resources, branding and website content remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website and resources available, but occasional interruption for maintenance or reasons outside our control can happen. We may make reasonable changes to the content, sequencing or format of resources and programmes — for example to improve them or to reflect curriculum changes — without reducing the substance of what you have paid for. If we make a significant change to a membership or its price, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your Finch Essentials membership at any time by emailing hello@finchlearning.com from the address you used at checkout, or by telling us the name and email on the membership. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. We will confirm your cancellation by email and your membership will not renew again.

Because printed packs are prepared ahead of the learning month, a cancellation request received after a month's fulfilment cut-off (the 22nd) may arrive once the next pack has already entered preparation. Where that happens we will tell you what has already been prepared or dispatched. This is an operational timing point only and does not remove or limit your statutory cancellation, refund or digital-content rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any loss arising because you used the resources for a business purpose.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
